      My son purchased a home in March money was left in escrow to replace Septic, $18,895..simply rooters picked up the check and cashed it on 3/20 never called my son for a schedule..left several messages no calls back..was able to finally get a hold of ******** who said they were busy but will get him on schedule..meanwhile plumbing problems and pipes open..had to contact someone else.. now we been asking ******* and ******* owners to refund the money because we had to contract someone else to work on this asap..**** called very rude and said he needs 10 days to get deposits back and will deduct money.. we don't understand why if he had the check since 3/20 never called back and now very rude and harsh, giving round around to give money back.. we have to solve this asap.. my son is staying at friend because can't even stay at his own home. it's been a nightmare thanks to simply rooters unprofessionalism.
