    On the 14th of June 2025, I departed from *****************. I cleaned up my area, and checked out prior to the 12pm checkout time. My deposit was withheld, and I was charged an additional day. In addition to these issues, I was over charged over $150 for energy usage over a two month period. Upon reviewing the reviews, it appears that I am not the only person who has dealt with this issue.

    Mr ****** left a very large mess at his site upon move out- a large pile of very large branches, a washing machine drum he was using as a fire pit, and a large pallet, among various smaller trash scattered. His electric meter was read upon check in and at the end of each month. He moved in on 11/4/24. Begin meter read was 3139. His end read on 6/4/24 was 4954. That is a total usage of 1815 kWh for 7 months, which is an average of just 259 kWh per month. We charge .18 cents per kWh, which means Mr ******* average monthly electric bill was just $46.68. This is a remarkably low electric bill. 
    Mr ****** did not leave until 6/14/25, which is 10 days past his check out date, but he only paid for 3 of those days. Our weekly rate is $330/week. His deposit was $250, leaving him still owing us $80.

    My last day at the ******* was March 31, 2024. My account was closed. My daughter opened an account in her name and moved into the rv on April 1st because I gifted it to her. My daughter moved the rv on July 31st out of the park and gave proper notice to the owner. Today, Aug 1st, I received a charge on my cc that was for my daughter's final bill. When I asked to be refunded because that card should not have been used or on file, she said I was to get the money from my daughter. This was an illegal transaction which I spent over an hour trying to rectify only to be told she would refund my money when my daughter paid her. Again, I am not on any contract with these people.

    Stayed at this RV park in February of 2023. During our stay we became very ill and I developed a burning, itching rash. We were seen by a Dr after having to leave the park before our paid for month had ended. Dr thinks we got parasites (pinworms) from dirty conditions at this park. I asked if we could get a refund on the days that we were to be leaving due to illness (had to cut out visit short with family even) and was told no refunds but was not told that unfront. Also never rec'd electric deposit back and have pics of meter usage. Definitely owed the remainder of the deposit back and also requested $350 back for the 2 weeks early we left.

    We stayed here from 12/31/2022-04/18/2023 while I was on a contract at a hospital in *******. We were charged a deposit of $250 and were told at time of deposit and again when we followed up prior to our end date that the deposit would be returned after the month of ****************** was taken from it. We averaged per month an electricity charge of $60. We only used electricity for 18 days in the month of April. It is now June 9th and we have yet to receive our deposit back. We have reached out three times to the campground and still nothing.

    Security posit was not returned they said they would and never did I've been hearing nothing but not the truth.
