      I made an appointment a week out for a set of tires. The manager ***** called the morning of appointment letting me know the tires I wanted they did not have. I went with another set and he gave me a discount. Went to appointment and during tire change and was told I needed new struts or the new tires would be bad immediately. So I believed them and did the struts. I had also requested and alignment and was told they did not do so but they would charge just ***** and come back next week. I went back the following Monday and was told to come back again. The charge was also ***** not *****. A couple months later I started hearing noise in my front end and it got so bad I took it to the **** dealer and they said one strut was not changed and the turn plate was worn and the new strut was not a proper part for my **** explorer. I had to pay out another 1600 for the dealer to fix my car. The ** of Big O Tires called and said the would issue a refund of ******* out of the ******* I paid and its almost a month and several calls and still not received my refund. I was also asked to go back and see the Manager so he could look and he had All his workers come out and check and they tried to say they had all proper parts and did the proper work and ***** said I would see my refund within 3 to 4 business days but never got it.

      We installed the proper struts for the vehicle, the customer when they brought the vehicle back in would not allow us to inspect the vehicle to verify the dealers claims, she has never brought the parts back that she claims were wrong or not replaced.

      I brought my vehicle in for a $20 oil change. There was no leaking when I brought it in. When they gave it back the vehicle was leaking oil all over my ********* went back the next day and they said I needed to pay $600 for a new oil pan. They are intentionally breaking customers vehicles so they can **** them on charges for larger fixes. These people are crooks. They need to be investigated then fined or shut down.

      We offered the customer a $200 discount on the job, the vehicle has 100k miles plus on it and there have been a lot of oil changes before us, the oil pan threads for the drain plug are worn and coming out, this is why the oil pan needs to be replaced. The customer stated that they would do it at home.

      They had a third party contact me who offered $100 off the $600 oil pan replacement despite stating they offered $200 off. The third party was clearly on their side as the caller was convinced a plug could not come 20 times without the oil pan being destroyed. This location is full of crooks. Furthermore, the called advised photos were taken of the issue and he refused to share them with me. I do not trust this location to work on my vehicle as they will do further damage. I want $600 to have it fixed elsewhere. Wrong is wrong and these crooks are stealing from the people of our city. They need to face consequence from the BBB.

      They cause damage to vehicles and want to charge large amounts to fix what they broke. They are crooks and this is their scheme. Time for them to be found out and shut down indefinitely.

      On 02/01/2023 I took my 2011 Chevrolet Camaro in to Big O Tires in Maricopa, ** for a full synthetic oil change. The oil change was to include a tire rotation. I informed the desk clerk *****, that I didnt need a full inspection just the oil change and tire rotation. Since I had a history with Big O Tires Maricopa, I marked the front tires with chalk. I pick up the Camaro about 5:30 PM on 02/01. I received a receipt show the full synthetic oil change and tire rotation was completed for $77.87. It was too dark to check the chalked tires. The next morning I checked the chalked tires and found that the tires had not been rotated.The morning of 02/02/2023 I brought the receipt back to Big O Tires and showed it to the manager asking him to tell me what was done to my Camaro. He state a synthetic oil change and a tire rotation . I then told him I had chalked the tires. He then said they were not rotated . He went and got the business copy of receipt and informed me the failure to rotate the tires was my fault for requesting no inspection and further more I was not to ever bring my vehicle back to Big O. I told him that I had requested the rotation and the the receipt clearly showed a tire rotation with the lugs tightened to 140. We went back and forth with him coming up with a few more excuses. I asked him what he thought if I was to walk up and down the side walk with a sigh stating; Before you do business at Big O talk to me . He said he would have me arrested for being detrimental to business. I left and a short time later he called me stating that he had talked to the technician that performed my service and that the technician told him my tires were staggered. I told him they were not and that even if that were true the receipt should have said that. A short time later he called again and said he had yelled at the 2 technicians and I should bring the Camaro back in for the rotation. I was already in ******* and was afraid
