      Date of transaction: 10th day of March 2023 started work. We have not heard back from member of the *** or his *** since 15th day of March 2023 when he said that he would be back to complete work and rectify issues we found. Amount of money we paid the business: $10,000 USD The business committed to provide us with a complete irrigation system to cover all of our grass, trees, gardening and bushes on our acreage. The nature of the dispute is: We went into contract with Precise Tree & Lawn Care, *** to install an irrigation system on our property that included but not limited to; irrigation system drips and in ground/pop-up sprinkler heads, PVC pipping for sprinklers, plumping, electrical, poly drip lines for plants, trees and garden, new clock with **** stations, and Outdoor lighting system for back wall, spotlight for each side of the yard; north and south wall. However, they did not complete the job correctly nor did he use the correct parts as we agreed up before start of work. The *** owner/member *************************** stated that he would come back to our house a few days after we reviewed his work in, with he and his workers present, in order to fix all of the issues that we found. He never returned, has not returned our phone call, or text messages but has continued to advertise online and post other work he has done at other locations on ********* He has not only caused substantial damage to our yard but also has caused us to potentially inherent substantial costs of repair. Not sure why he, his workers, and *** would treat someone like this. Especially after we paid him on time each step of the way and followed through with our side of the contract. Unacceptable. We have pictures and video to substantiate.Neither members of the ***, ************************** nor *************************** has not tried to resolve the issue after member ************************** stated that he would come back a few days later to fix all of the issues found. **************** has not returned our phone calls, or text messages after we have reached out to him numerous times. Tracking Number: 231 Irrigation Install- Estimated 5-6 days (subject to change depending on weather conditions)The contract that we signed with **************************, ***************************, PRECISE TREE & LAWN CARE, *** was dated 1st day of January 2023 and work was to begin 10th day of March 2023.

      On this project I fulfilled the contract obligations in February 2023 by installing drip systems and a sprinkler system for the large space of ************ and the smaller lawn near the home. I have video of the sprinkler and the drip system fully operational with no issues at the time of completion. The client is upset because I did not use the type of sprinkler he preferred, which he communicated 2 days after they had already been installed. When the client requested to have the sprinklers swapped for his preference I had no problem with that. The issue came when I requested to be paid on the day that we completed the job (5 days of labor fulfilled). Furthermore, while doing the job there were unknown complications that we had to correct and I did it for free with no additional costs to the client. The contract stated that payment is due the day of completion. I requested payment in person and the client said he would send payment so I agreed and left his property around 4pm. The client did not send it so I had to reach out multiple times that evening and was ignored. It wasnt until the next day where the payment was finally sent, which costed me internal company issues with employees. The project was completed and there were no damages present hence the reason the customer paid. There is no refund available due to work completed fully and the client approved the job when he said he would send the payment that was delayed.  

      As a courtesy had I been paid on time, and did not have to chase the client, I was happy to swap out his preference. He did reach out to me after the payment was delayed. However, I was not obligated to do that based off of our original arrangement. 

      I pride myself on satisfying my customers and going out of my way to ensure their job is precise and completed with excellence. I have serviced hundreds of customers and have never had this type of issue nor left a job incomplete. I have an excellent reputation in the community, with vendors and with clients and prospects all over the valley.
