    Dishonest garbage service. They agreed to pick up 20 bags of extra garbage and then left at curb. Worker came out of truck "screaming that I intentionally hurt him" allegedly because I intentionally mixed in with the raked up yard leaves, yard waste or refuse, in a double garbage bag, was a fragment of "prickly pear needle." I told him "do not scream at me in front of all of my neighbors." Man appeared mentally ill, bipolar or something "perhaps just sissy boy over ""perhaps one"" alleged cactus needle" causing great embarrassment to myself and my family. NO EXCUSE FOR THIS MAN"S BEHAVIOR. Manager apologized and said Wingfield will be glad to pick up those garbage bags or yard leaves, extra yard waste next Tuesday or 7/23/2024. Nope, same angry worker left my garbage at curb today. Garbage disgustingly spilled all over street (very embarrassing) . I brought garbage can back to house with more embarrassment caused by Wingfield. I called, Wingfield (names provided) were ***** (phone receptionist), ******* (Asst. ********* and ***** (Manager). They quickly began yelling at me and calling me a liar. They hung up on me on more than one occasion. Worst customer relations ever!I will advise everyone I know to NEVER - EVER use Wingfield as your garbage service. Wingfield has demonstrated customer dishonesty, lying to customers and apparently employing a mentally ill man (acts like a child) who will yell at customers (************** residents) in streets or at least as happened in my experience. My wife ***** and I verified "no prickly pear needles in any of our leaves or yard refuge." Arizona being in the desert with alleged cactus needles is a outrageous excuse for this garbage services ongoing poor behavior. Other garbage services wear gloves and act like grown men. I am retired and highly respected in **************. BBB is needed stop these poor business practices.

    As you can see by the complaint; *************** cannot have a conversation where he is not name calling " mentally ill, bipolar or just sissy boy".  We do not tolerate name calling, cussing or other verbal abuse. He was hung up on, 1 time.I (*****- the office manager) had never once spoken to this man before he called & was yelling that I had told him... I had told him nothing. 
    Our drivers are assigned routes- certain addresses get picked up by certain drivers. If he had 'double bagged' his yard waste, he exceeded the capacity of the bags (weight wise) or there would be no way to have 'garbage (yard waste?) disgustingly spilled all over the street'.  " I brought garbage can back to house with more embarrassment caused by Wingfield." How exactly did Wingfield Service embarrass you by you taking your toter back to the house? 
    Our drivers do wear gloves, that does not protect their legs-which is where my driver was poked by the cactus quill. 
    *************** had only paid for regular trash service through July-his final dump will be on July 30- therefore there would be no refund due.Actually, he owes the $70 for all the extra that was picked up- which he seems to be disputing that any extra was picked up at all- even though the driver & the thrower on the back of the truck do verify that extra bags were taken.

    I do not have patience and tolerance. for liars, cheaters and dishonest businesses. 

    Wingfield does not respect customers and good customer relations. 

    You can see from picture who is telling the truth. They made me pick up my own garbage and bring it back to my house.  

    Disgusting how a manager backs up such poor service and again calling me a liar. 

    Described name calling is simply the truth that manager refuses to discuss with me so she simply hangs up and ignores. 

     

    I PAID my last bill. You are lying. 


    You owe me money for the damages you have caused. 

    *******-please do not ever use Wingfield as your garbage service

    I actually did say in the response that the bill was paid until the last pickup in July. Which is when the can will be taken.  Extra bags were taken on 7/9 & 7/16. This has not been paid for.
    I am not sure how telling me that I have spoken to you is resolving anything. Each persons initials on the part that they put into the computer as notes on your account. My initials are CB. I had never spoken to you until the day (7/23) that you called yelling that I had told you that they would take extra. I had never spoken to you before that day. We do not have anyone in the office named *******. 
    Either way, the facts are: the service has been stopped, we have not been paid for the extra that was taken, the driver did receive a cactus quill in his leg.

    Sadly, this company and management is more about excuses and blaming their customers. This account is actually in ***************************** name.  I have a strong legal background and know the service provided in anger throwing the can and garbage all over our driveway is not exceptable service by any business. Accidentally getting an alleged cactus thorn is not excuse for garbage man yell at and accuse a customer in front all of his neighbors. If this Manager respected her customers she would reprimand her employee.  

    You will need to talk to name on account ************************* to see if he wants to make payment fo your lack of honesty, unfulfilled service, total disrespect for falsely accusing his father. which In my legal world attorneys seek damages for such behavior at our home neighborhood., and in front of all of our wonderful neighbors.

    I recommend this BBB rating lowered to an F.

    This company had dumpster service at my house when I moved in. I tried to get a smaller dumpster and then they said they didn't have one available and the took the existing one away. I got service from another company. Now, I have been on a waitlist for months and tried constantly to get service and finally they called me and said I can start service. Then the day of delivery, they canceled and said they can't service my address. It makes no sense. They service all my neighbors. They have all the space they need. I don't understand why I am being discriminated against as none of their vague reasons given are valid. I just wanted weekly dumpster service and can't get it.

    Yes, there was a dumpster at that house. In July 2023, ************** called to start service. He asked for a smaller DUMPSTER- the 1.5 yard dumpster is the smallest DUMPSTER that we have. He was given the opportunity to keep the dumpster that was there, he did not want that, he wanted smaller. The only thing we have smaller is rollout carts- he was offered that, but it would have to be wheeled to the road- not picked up at his front door (which is 1/4 of a mile off Rancho Place). He did not want that either, so he went with another company. Now he called wanting a DUMPSTER back- currently there is a wait list for DUMPSTERS. As his name got to the top of the list, he was called & told one was available. He was informed that we would no longer go up the driveway (1/4 mile to his house) to pick up the dumpster. We would place it out by the actual road of Rancho Place. After July of 2023 we have had to rearrange that route to accommodate new starts. He is not happy that we are no longer able to go down his driveway to get his trash from his house. Calling repeatedly to argue with the office personnel & leaving messages on the voicemail that we service his neighbor down the same driveway. That is correct- his neighbor brings his can to Rancho Place and is not demanding front door service. We have the right to refuse service to anyone and we have told him that we can't accommodate his demands, so it's best that he keep his current trash company.
