  Great service and friendly. He walked threw all the pictures he took and took great notes and helped us with finding some issues that the seller was able to fix for **. Made it better to do the inspection to help us buy the home with all issues cleared. So thank you for your services they helped us out alot and was worth doing the inspection.

  ***** arrived on time and did an extremely thorough inspection. Upon conclusion, he spent over an hour with me, showing me everything that he had found, to the smallest detail, highlighting strengths of the property as well as issues. I received a detailed report that same evening with everything spelled out in clear, plain language, with severity and recommended actions plainly stated. Pictures with arrows were provided to show exactly what was being described. I cannot recommend Wright Inspections highly enough. His excellent work gave us a complete picture of the home we were purchasing so we could make an educated decision.

  We don't want to repeat the many comments already made about Mr. *********************** professionalism and honesty (that are all absolutely true in our experience; his work is outstanding). What stood out to us was the confidence that we felt in his review. This was critical for us as we could not be present during the inspection. He was our eyes (the photos were especially helpful). He then discussed what he discovered in the inspection over the phone, in an honest and straightforward manner. We now have a roadmap for future updates on the home we were in the process of buying (after action items were repaired by the sellers). He is a model for other inspectors in our opinion, and we feel lucky that he came recommended to us. We would hire him again without hesitation and would trust him to our friends.

  ***** was able to fit me into his schedule quickly. He was thorough, thoughtful and honest about his evaluations, telling me what needed to be taken care of right now, what can wait a bit and what could be put off or never done. That part of his report was my favorite part. So were the pictures that showed me exactly what he was was referring to. I would absolutely hire him again and will refer him to friends.

  Very professional. Very through. Well thought out report. Very happy and appreciative. The house we were in the process of buying, had a lot issues, some of which are serious problems, that are difficult to assess in scope (e.g. mold in the kitchen cabinets and some indication the floor boards too). We would have had to replace most of the kitchen cabinets only to discover more mold in the floor boards. Very expensive and time consuming. And we would not be able to live there during this process. I would recommend him for sure.

  ***** was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection for mold and water damage. He also did a professional air quality test inside and outside the house which was then sent to a lab in Phoenix . The results were conveyed to me within a few days . He inspected all areas in the house,including the attic and roof. His knowledge and genuine caring for all my questions and concerns were very reassuring. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him highly.

  ***** exceeded all of my expectations. He quietly inspected every nook and cranny of my home, and I received his full report on the same day! My reason for the inspection had to do with my new home 1 year builder inspection. I would have never known about cracked tiles on my roof, window installation issues, and several other items adding up to quite a bit of money had it been on me to pay out of pocket for these things as I discovered them. Wright Inspections is invaluable.
