  **** ******** of R&R Welding recommended Aware Owner after I started noticing pieces of shingles in my yard. Mt roof had been damaged by a 2023 summer rain and hail storm. My home was built in 1999, which meant the roof was 24 years old. I contacted my insurance company. The adjusters they sent out told me there was very little hail damage. I think they sent out a second adjuster who said the same thing. I contacted Aware Owner as **** recommended. ***** ***** was at my house right away. He walked me around the house pointing out the hail damage. ***** was cheerful, confident and easy to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way and reassured me that Aware Owner could convince my insurance company to change their offer. They did. ***** told me which people at Aware Owner to call when I had a question about different things. At one point, I decided I would look into getting a metal roof which would last much longer than I would. I contacted three different metal roofing companies. One company told me they would come out at a certain date and time. They never showed up. I never heard from the second company I contacted. The third told me they would at my home at 9:00 on a specific date. I got a call at 1:00 pm telling me they were on their way. I told them to forget it and called Aware Owner and told them I was going with a shingle roof. ***** brought out the materials I needed to see to choose the color and style. The Rapid Response Roofers started work on Tuesday August 13 2024, and finished the job midday yesterday. I am delighted with my new roof. ***** brought out the final paperwork for me to sign. ***** also gave my very chatty Siberian Husky pupperoni dog treats every time he came out. My dog Indigo and I think the world of ***** and Aware Owner.

  I have been dealing with Aware Owners for over a year now. My insurance refuses to pay for a new roof and would not even come to appraisal. *********************, the regional manager has been nothing but extremely helpful since the beginning of this process. He has gone above and beyond at every step. I have a leak in the bedroom and he has gone on the roof himself, gotten me trustworthy people to help get it fixed and has never failed to return a call. He even brought over the owners son, *****, who is fantastic. He searched and searched for the leak on the roof for 3 hours to try and resolve the problem. This is not his job but he was willing to help in any way he could. Aware owners arranged for us to have a lawyer now to fight the insurance company in court. I don't think there is anything else that they could possibly do for us. Thank your *****, ***** and Aware Owners.

  Working with Aware Owner was so much easier than I had anticipated. *********************** was my point person on this. She always answered the phone or called me back immediately, was very patient with me and dealt with my questions and concerns professionally and nicely. I have referred many people to this company. I know they stand by their product. Very pleasant experience.

  At the end of 2018 my home in Chino Valley Arizona was damaged by a very severe hail storm. I filed a claim with State Farm Ins, It took three years to settle this claim so I don't have room to write how much I hate State Farm. I am bound by a confidentiality order so I will talk about the company Aware Owner LLC. When I filed a claim with State Farm, I didn't know much about the insurance industry and how unregulated they are in Arizona. I didn't know what a waste of time the Arizona Dept. of Insurance is. I didn't know that our court system in Yavapai County Arizona was such a waste of tax money. I have an 18 year old house that is well maintained. The adjuster from State Farm denied my claim stating that because of fair wear and tear, my house was not insurable. She was on the roof for five minutes and denied my claim. I hired Aware Owner and the CEO of the company Mr. John Bellerose, came to my home and spent two hours mapping the damage. Aware Owner made contact with State Farm requesting a second inspection. It took 2 months and when John was able to get the second inspection, they sent the same adjuster. She spent 6 minutes on the roof with John. She denied the claim. John and his company did so much to help my wife and I that I simply can't express our gratitude. He explained things to me, he called me when I had questions, he mapped my house more than once. He was present when State Farm employees came to my home. He answered questions to my lawyer. He brought in a company for a second opinion. When I say words like Integrity, professionalism, honesty and friendship, Aware Owner and Mr. John Bellerose come to mind.

  Fantastic experience! I had extensive hail damage. Easy to work with and friendly to talk to. JP and ******* are worth their weight in gold. The insurance company worked very closely with them and the whole job was completed without hassle. I was on a very tight schedule (my doing) and ******* worked diligently and making sure everything was done. JP stopped by occasionally to check on us and the work to reassure us. They made the whole project so easy. Aware Owner is definitely the way to avoid any manipulation and pressure by the insurance company. The roofers showed up exactly on time and worked til they were done. They then cleaned up the job site so you couldn't even tell they were here.
