    ASAP Air Conditioning and Heating is outstanding! In addition to having the best pricing, their level of customer service is excellent. ****** took the time to discuss the bid and answer my numerous questions. They were ready to schedule the installation date sooner than I was and showed up EARLY for the specific appointment time. (When does that ever happen?)******* and ********* were friendly and knowledgeable and completed the installation in 90 minutes. Their sales follow-up service was equally kind and efficient. I couldn't be happier with my choice to go with ASAP!

    The ******** brothers were great! Fast professional and very knowledgeable in what that were doing. ASAP is way cheaper then the "big name" a.c. and heating compans and customer service was way better. Had both units replaced for about 2/5's the price of some of the other competitors.

    We had our split A/C system installed yesterday and from my first and follow up conversations with ****** in the office making recommendations I researched and couldn`t agree more with saving us thousands of dollars. To the our current equipment inspection by **** and **** to verify no added expenses. I was able to schedule the install the very next day. The Coronado ************************* and ***** showed on time as scheduled. They were friendly and professional and highly communitive the whole time and cleaned up all the mess prior to leaving. I can`t recommend them enough!!5 star rating for sure!

    Called them Friday and had a new air conditioner by Saturday ************* other estimates by over a thousand dollars. Installers were the ******** brothers had it installed and working in less than 2 hours

    Wonderful experience from the get-go. Answered all my questions and tech were super friendly as well. They installed everything within a few hours. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

    In 4 years I had 2 supposedly new HVAC units from ASAP go down with "bad" parts. Had new 5 ton HVAC system installed in 2021. During COVID it stopped heating and was told part would take months so they replaced the outside unit with a new 4 ton unit manufactured in 2015. Within a year (2023) it stopped heating and defrost board was removed which then gave me heat but would not give me air, thus another service call come time for the *** Was told it would be $500 to replace the board under warranty for gas and time to reinstall and another $1200 to repair or replace a safety switch. It also was leaking fluid . 2 Service calls cost $150.00 each. Got a second opinion from another company that wouldn't touch existing unit for repairs because so many things were wrong. Opted for a new HVAC unit with new company installed Jan ****. No satisfaction from ASAP (owner insisted units were new and made a remark to me about being tired of hearing from 80 year olds), Owner was to check on history of what happened and call back but I have not heard back from him. He was told he couId come get his "new" system "with nothing wrong with them" but he didn't. I lost complete trust in this company. I now have heat with matching 5 ton units which I never felt with ASAP units.

    HVAC replacement installation. ASAP's customer service is very good. Most competitive price quote with industry leading quality equipment. Very good communication, timely response, prompt service after the sale. They said what they'd do and did what they said. No hidden costs, no surprises.     Very pleased with the service. Prompt, polite, honest and reliable. The owner ***** did a site visit to make sure everything was perfect. The office staff are courteous and phone friendly. I highly recommend ******** Conditioning and Heat.

    **** came out and quickly diagnosed a bad compressor, had the coronado brothers out the next day to complete the installation of new HVAC. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and were friendly.

    We had an excellent experience with ASAP. They were very responsive from our first call. Their bid was lower than any other company for the same unit - a 5 ton AC unit. They scheduled the installation based on our schedule, arrived on time and did the installation without any issues. The two technicians (******* and his partner) were professional, courteous and knowledgable. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an AC unit installed.
