    On 5-16-23 I purchased a Member Value Package (MVP) that provides bi-annual A/C inspections. This particular package was for four (4) such bi-annual inspections. I paid $240.00 for this package of services. I used one of the four inspections in October 1923. I was not happy with the technicians attitude at that time. He said my ductwork was severely undersized and wanted to schedule an estimator to calculate the cost of an entirely new duct system, and while he was here, give me a quote on a new A/C system. I denied his suggestion. After thinking about this visit, I wrote the company and asked that my MVP be cancelled and the remaining $180.00 that I had paid be refunded. In December 2023 my A/C failed and had to install a completely new system. I will use this new company for any and all future servicing and repairs.I have contacted Weather Masters numerous times requesting this refund. I have talked with two employees, ****** and ***** and the said that they would check into this and get back to me. They have not. I called and asked to speak to the owner, ****, was not in the office and requested that he call me. He has ****** one seems to be interested in speaking with me regarding my refund.

    ******* ******** signed a MVP contract with us for $240.00. The contract includes 4 air conditioning visits in a two year period. Two spring visits and two fall visits.  

    During one of our visits, the customer didnt feel comfortable with our technicians diagnosis. Please see the conversation below between our service manager and Mr. ***************************** style="font-size: 12px;">****** (service manager) states the following: I talked to him for over 20 minutes, reassured him that ******* diagnosis was accurate and that it had predicted the impending failure. which after my explanation he understood and accepted it.  Said that if ***** had explained it the way I did, then he would have looked at it differently. 

    I offered him a free visit to attempt to earn his business back. Ultimately He wants a refund.   Once we refund him, he will withdraw the complaints.  

    Weather Masters issued ******* ******** a refund for $180.00 (amount on remaining visits) on August 1st  and he cashed the check on August 20th, 2024. I can send a copy of the signed check if need be.
