    We had ***** come out for our scheduled maintenance check up today. He was punctual and alerted us to an issue that he was able to take care of right away. We have had this unit for 3 years now.This is a replacement after our 20 year old original unit started acting up and we really can't recommend getting the maintenance package enough. The peace of mind is well worth it.

    I had ******* for my plumbing service today. He was very punctual and friendly. He showed me what was going on and the pro and cons to future maintenance. A n original valve broke during maintenance and we were able to handle it quickly and are set for many years to come. Get the maintenance package and when you meet ******* you will love his honesty!! Thank you thank

    A plumber with this company came to my home to do a plumbing job and while he was here unplugged my deep freezer. The event happened at the end of August '22 and I have been promised compensation for the damages multiple times without follow-through. The amount of run around and avoidance of this issue has been absolutely ridiculous. They did replace the freezer unit and take the old one, but said it was a mistake they didn't bring me the check for the food. Since then they refuse to answer my calls or my emails.After a long run around, *****************************, General Manager, promised multiple times to resolve this with a check and 7 months in is still giving me the run around.
