    This place is as old as the town it is in, don't go there! They are scammers just trying to stay open! Saturday night, only 3 bumper boats in a pool of 12 worked! Race Cars-kids were denied being able to ride, tho they met the height requirement and could reach pedals making the car go, but were still denied stating they couldn't put their foot flat on the gas pedal. We paid $44 per kid (6 kids) for Fun Passes. I was charged an extra $48.50, no one could explain. The kids only got to ride bumper cars, bumper boats, laser tag all 1 time each, played a few video games. Service in the food court was terrible! We spent over $420 including food. The Fun Passes are not worth it at all! Complained to the General Manager-********* *******. He refunded my mystery charge that was for a Water Park fee, which we were not there for. Then offered 6 new Fun Passes for my family to go back due to our inconveniences. I asked if there was an expiration date to the new passes, as I have a kid living in ****** and doesn't come home until December and asked if it is normal for the "kids" working there to deny someone to ride tho they met height, I didnt want to bring my youngest again to be denied to ride. Took a week and extra emails to get a response and he said I'm just refunding you a portion which was your original request, of $48 as I feel that's best for both of us. So he backed out of his offer of new Fun Passes. I've asked to speak to someone higher up, and have not gotten a response. Communication with management is terrible. All teenagers w/no respect running the place. No managers on site is what they tell you.

    On August 19th, 2023 I purchased 5 Night splash +Golfpark tickets for Friday August 25th, 2023 (Confirmation number: 861882).According to the website, for the sunsplash part of the ticket, "Admission includes access to 30+ rides and attractions" (*******************************************************************). However, once we got there, half of the park was closed for a private event, and many of the remaining rides were closed. I wrote an email to the company through their website on Saturday August 26th, 2023, but I have not received any response so far.I would like to receive a reimbursement for the price of the tickets ($248.10), since we would have never bought these tickets if we had known half of the park would be closed. This company engages in deceptive advertising.
