I am an expert on Hopi Indian art and sell genuine ********************** quality art and have done so for years and truthfully described it. I have been adopted by ********************* as a brother, ********************* (deceased) as a son-in-law, and Dee ******* as his uncle. I was adding art to my cases today and this is what happened today..... New owner of the store took over 1st Aug 22 confronted me today because she has another vendor selling what he calls Hopi Katchina dolls and other c*** art that is mass produced in ****** **** most likely by Navajo who have no business making Hopi Kachina Dolls. I have posted signs at the display warning their customers that these are fake! The new owner told me not to do it anymore and I said "OK, No problem" and agreed. She continued again and again saying the same thing badgering me! . She also said "I can tell this isn't going to work out." Meaning that she didn't want me as a vendor anymore. I said Sure! Refund my money that I paid in advance for Sept rent and I'll remove my stuff now." "I don't give refunds!" she said.I told her the time she has confronted me she could have read the "ACT". I've spoke to the scrupulous vendor and the owner and previous owner of this store half a dozen times about my concern to no avail. The new owner says she doesn't have time to look at the Indian Arts and Crafts Act of ****. She doesn't care about it, she told me! I have spoke to the vendor 3 times about him cheating the unaware public. He got very angry at me. When he first started selling his fake c*** I asked where do you get all your art. "I bought a storage shed at auction". Months went by and I asked again because he is coming up with more crap! He says, "I buy them in ******." I called his previous lie out and he really got angry. I HAVE ASKED HALF A DOZEN TIMES FOR THE OWNERS TO STOP THIS ILLEGAL PRACTICE TO NO AVAIL! The new owner say's today, "I don't have time to ****** the Indian Arts and Crafts Act of ****. I have a business to
