    I can't believe this property is still being managed by the same company, ******! I feel for their tenants. Not surprised that they are "not accredited" by the BBB, even working here was a nightmare. This was most definitely a "slumlord" cesspool!! It was shocking to see the manager, who I see is still working there after all these years, being ok with charging her "tenants" for ANYTHING/EVERYTHING. Even if a $1 was left as a credit on their account. Like who charges for a "key replacement" when the resident is current and in good standing?! Application preference was another norm in their daily practice. Forget about getting any call backs from their office or corporate specially of they knew it was their wrong doing. This company should be investigated for violation if tenant rights I mean they use to get hit with Fair Housing complaints all the time, 3/5 were always true. I could go on and on but seems as others complains covers pretty much all.

    So, during the pandemic, summer of 2021, our AC unit in our apartment broke. The landlord failed to fix it and the crackheads they hired nearly burnt down the entire unit.My wife was pregnant at the time and the ***** temps the unit reached was unsafe.Now, 2 years later they are garnishing our wages. We served a 15-day notice to fix the *** required under AZ law. When the property management refused to fix the *** we then served a 30-day notice to vacate. Now they are trying to destroy our family by getting a judge to approve a 500$ bi-weekly garnishment.Their reviews on ****** are among the worse I've ever seen, let alone for a "luxury," apartment in a very nice area of town. How this management company hasn't been sued into the grown is beyond me. Class action lawsuit is needed.
