    On September 6th I had checked in with ***** of No Limit turf to see if he had a large piece of grass. We had been in contact prior for a remnant piece that was large they didn't get them in often so I would periodically check in. On this day he said what size did you need again I said 38x19 he said I have it in the total would be $656 I said can you get me a price for a 63x8 we then ended up on the phone I said so there is no warranty since its a remnants piece correct he said no this is going to come with the warranty it is a brand new roll you're getting I stated that things change as they're usually wasn't he said no you are getting a brand new piece for that price with a warranty I then said I want the 63x8 he explained that it doesn't come cut it would come in a roll and stated how we would have to cut it up and how many pieces to make that area I then asked him to total me for the two pieces it went up to ******* which was fine. The day of delivery I only seen one role on the curb I text ***** immediately and asked where is the second piece he said it is there in that one role you're going to have to cut it out. A few days later when starting the project I lay out the roll and it's only a 38x15! So how am I supposed to cut my second piece out of that I said my husband only took off a certain amount of time to get this job done can you bring me the rest of my order or just refund me charge me the 656 plus delivery for the 38x15. He then stated well I only charged you for one piece I said at you clearly even went over how I was going to have to cut this 2nd piece then why did you answer to my text saying I would have to cut it if you knew there was no second piece when asked. I even have the documentation of that & showing 38x15 was 656 he completely switched the order around made an error it was a mistake on his part.The manager contacted me and said the only solution is to bring me a remnant pieces which was not the original purchase agreement.
