I put a dent in my friends car. They gave us a price which ended up 250 more. When she picked up vehicle her keyless entry, back up camera, trunk lock, and window motor are all broken. She even left it there an additional 4 days. Bad bad work. Dont use them unless you want a bag of nuts and bolts back instead of your car.

I do not have anything under the name Cole that we repaired lately. Can I get the name the vehicle was under, year, make, and model of vehicle?

I was warned about Maaco from other body shops, but bc the price and time to get my vehicle back was less, I decided to take a chance. **** at the desk was nice, but either he doesnt know what he is doing or he is intentionally s******* you. When I was told the vehicle was done, I Uberd there to find so many things missing. They didnt install the carbon fiber spoiler, side panel reflector/turn signals, or new headlights I provided them. In fact, they didnt even know they had them, which they spent an hour looking for and lost the side panel lights. I was made to drive to a headlights specialist 8miles away since they didnt know how to wire the lights. I spent 270$ for that, which I wouldnt have been upset for if they actually did their job and took it there themselves. Instead, they didnt zip tie the plastic guard between the front bumper and vehicle, so naturally when I was driving to the lights place at 35mph, went over ****** road and the plastic guard on passenger side got destroyed. Maaco charged me 135$ to replace that when I returned. They said they would take 25$ off for losing my side panel reflector turn signals, which they didnt. I also noticed the trim between the windshield and top wasnt done, which **** said out loud why didnt he do that?, before making a call to someone, only in Spanish. He said they would need to keep the vehicle a few more days. 4 days later he calls saying the vehicle is ready. I asked about the spoiler and he says THE SPOILER?? Oh the spoiler!? He had to call me back a few more hours later. When I arrived the trim around the windshield had not been done, I was told I could pay 450$ to have it done there or 300$ at home. At this point, Im so done and rdy to go. When I got in my vehicle, it was unlocked with the top down cooking the interior in az sun. The battery was efn dead. I had to get a jump to leave an entirely incompetent, shady business. Finding more imperfections everyday.

I just had my **** ****** Altima painted and tinted. When we were inspecting it, my step father noticed scratches on the front bumper that werent there before taking it in, nor were they there during the primer process photos sent to me on the same day. I was told that I had to make an appointment with the body repair guy and pay more to have it made right after someone there had done the damage, just because the manager wasnt told about it by one of the team members. He also tried saying that the damage was there before the sanding and priming, which wasnt the case at all. I wont be recommending this location to anyone else.

Liked I explained yesterday. When the paint is dull, faded and peeling you dont notice small damage like that. Plus the damage is on the bottom of the bumper. There is the same damage but not as big on the right side of the bumper. I dont mind painting the bumper but you would have to pay for the repairs as sanding and priming doesnt take care of dents or deep scratches. A body tech would have to repair the damage.
