      This business received a bad review on their own ****** business page. I am a local colleague in the same industry but we are not affiliated. The owner to this business initiated threatening contact to me via text messages out of the blue on 3/7/2025 at 3:38pm assuming their bad review came from one of my past or new customers. I assured that was not the case and even assessed the review myself to which I did not match any of my customers to. The owner immediately went to my own business page via ****** and posted a false review including dishonest information, encouraging customers to go to his shop instead based off of a fake scenario. The owner continued to make threats stating the bad review made to his business needed to be removed in a certain time frame (20 minutes, 30 minutes) or he would leave 2 false bad reviews to our page for every bad one he receives. Again, I do not know the person placing the review to them and have no responsibility to help them remove it. Im not sure if this is coming from being a direct competitor or a misunderstanding but the owner is unprofessional and far from friendly. I have since blocked his number and pages to avoid further conflict and contact. Their LLC is currently inactive but the business still operates.

      Was told that system was better then one demonstrated they install ****** speakers in cab of truck upside down. Also the truck battery gets drain to 0 with the system even when off. Was told they don't do refunds do to open box. The salesman open two boxes to show us the difference in speakers.

      I purchased a bundle on April 17th , 2022 during their **** sale. I trusted their recommendation since I'm no audio expert. I used their credit program as well. The products sold to be were not meant to go together, it was a ****watt kicker amp and a sub woofer that's only meant to handle significantly less watt output. The sub was also wired wrong so the kicker was constantly putting out max ***** regardless of the settings I had it on, needless to say , it blew. The issue is , the receipt they gave me has no identifiable details about when it was purchased or what company the sub is from( Rockford fosgate), so I can't use the warranty to get a replacement. Here's where the credit program comes in play, they could very easily verify what I purchased using the credit information or invoice, yet they refuse to do so , they won't give me a valid receipt for me so that I can use the warranty. ******** Fosgate won't honor the warranty due to this issue. I've spoken to other audio shops and they all said that slangin sound and Tint is notorious for doing this but that's hear say. I have the receipt they gave me but it doesn't have no date , no company names , no nothing. They didn't give me an invoice copy either. Yet I'm still responsible for paying it off with credit. All I need is for them to give me a correct receipt so that I may use my warranty.
