    The men from 480 Detailing Service came to my home to wash and detail my car. They spend 3 hours working on my car, and after they left and upon further inspection of my car, I saw that they did not really shampoo the upholstery, blotchy finished of the wax, and they had also scratched the finish of the chrome paint of my car. It look like they had sprayed the powerhose too close to the car. I call them to resolve the situation, and they claim that they did not do the damage, saying that they had video/photos to prove it. When I asked for the evidence, conveniently they said there were issues with the footage so they couldnt prove the scratches were already there. At the end of the conversation I asked for portion of my payment back, and he ( Im assuming it was *****) agree to give me half of my money back. I said that would be fine and I would stay on the line while they refunded me. Within 30 seconds I was dropped from the call. I call back the ***************** and was blocked. I lastly text and email that I did not receive my refund or any updated communication. This is an extremely amateur business, with individuals who are more likely to destroy versus detail your car.
