On Jan 4th 2025, I ordered a buster box for 125 dollars. Website said shipment would happen late jan. Fast forward to jan 29th. I got email that supply chain was an issue and that they would be sending my order soon. Then Feb 13th I got an email stating my item was back in stock and would be receiving soon. It wasn't until apirl 24th that mybitem shipped out. They said i didn't receive my item due to supply chain delays yet they said my item was in stock. I asked for a refund but they would not give it to me. Feels like they take people's money with no product in hand and hope they make enough to pay for the orders and build their next give away car. Feels like this company might be a scam in the since that they are crowd funding without letting people know the truth. How is my product in stock yet you don't ship it out for another 2 months? They have in their policy that shipping delays can happen to supply chain issues but having items in stock is not a supply chain issue.

The customer was thoroughly notified of delays regarding his product, the customer was also offered to exchange or receive a credit for the item in lieu of the extended delivery time, which the customer declined. We had also informed the customer multiple times that processing a refund is not possible as they automatically receive digital benefits up on completing their order, as outlined in the Refund policy that is presented to them upon completing their order.

The Customer also filed this complaint AFTER receiving the product on his order. The customer did contact us with these concerns upon receiving their Merchandise and we believe they were attempting to obtain some free merchandise or benefits for the delays which we could not accommodate due to the customer being thoroughly informed of the shipping conditions and refund policy. We believe this BBB complaint is a retaliatory action for not supplying the customer with free merchandise and benefits as the customer has already received the merchandise and digital benefits they paid for.

I attached a copy of a email where the company said my items were restocked. Yet it took another 2 months for my product to be shipped. They said they clearly informed me of what was going on yet I have a email telling me my items have been restocked and should get my order soon yet it took another 2 months for me to get my items. They did offer me different items but I wanted the items I ordered. There delay shipping policy says it may take 30 plus days due to supply delays or high demand. On February 13th I recieved an email from their company stating my items were restocked. So no more shipping delay. And as far as high demand, the giveaway was either over or almost over by this point. So even if company lies and says it was due to high demand, i have a email from them stating my order was highest priority. If highest priority is 2 months later then thats the issue.

The company lies and says your item is restocked and will ship soon so you don't dispute it with your bank cuz after 2 statements they won't do anything about it. Yet in my last email with them they said it was automated response and it wasn't true. Last I check a email from a company automated or not was their responsibility.

If I received my items in a responsible time there would be no issue but 4 months later and 2 months after an email that the supply chain was fixed and my items were restocked. How did the company clearly inform me when they sent an email that stated my item were restocked yet they weren't?

The customer is attempting to get a refund on merchandise they already received, thus they are trying to receive merchandise for free.

Again we must insist that the customer is attempting to commit fraud in order to receive free product, as provided in the previous response the customer was well informed of the delays and was offered alternatives and a credit for the delayed merchandise, accepting neither offer. They were well informed of the delays and refund/exchange policy and have done nothing but spam our email and file complaints despite receiving their purchased merchandise.

The customer has received their order as shown in the USPS Tracking and Shopify Order page and we do not believe we owe the customer any further product or reconciliation. We believe the customer thinks they are owed more than what they paid for and are seeking extra restitution by soliciting complaints with the BBB and sending multiple emails.

The company is saying I'm trying commit fraud. I never said I didn't receive a product. I attached two emails again. Those emails are as follows. That they had a supply issue but then a follow up email in Feb that stated "We have restocked your items" then a month and half went by again with no other information until I reached out to them. At which time they told me no refund was possible even though they lied in the email in February that said your items are in stock. They did offer credit or another item but after my experience of them taking 125 dollars of my money and not sending  the first product i order yet, why would I want to continue to do busy with them. Now because it took them almost 3 month to even offer anything I tried to get my money back but banks will not handle something that far away. If i would have know that the feburary 13th email was a lie and my item were not restocked. Which this company has already admitted that email wasn't true then my bank could have got my refund. So I was trapped and there nothing to I could do but wait for the item. Being that it took longer then they thought it would take, I suggested that a real company would have taken care of their customer. The fact that they are so aggressive with the here's your item you ordered 4 months ago be happy with it or to bad makes me feel like they do this to alot of customers which makes the whole thing feel like a scam. That they collect money with no product and then try to scramble and find that product to give to their customers.

To be told one thing and yet it's not true in a email from company. How is that far as a consumer
