    I paid a lot of money to have my jeeps front and rear differentials repaired at LetzRoll Offroad. $2,383.93 plus $189.15 for the 500 mile service. The problem remained after repairs were done. I decided to get a second and third opinion. I took my Jeep to the jeep dealership in ***********. They said I had a differential problem. I also took it to AAA car repair shop in *******. They also said the same thing. After 3 attempts to have the work done correctly at LetzRoll Offroad I decided to take my vehicle to Phoenix *********** in *******. They repaired my vehicle in 2 days. LetzRoll Offroad had my vehicle for almost a month. LetzRoll Offroad told me I needed to purchase a new rear axle which was false. Also when LetzRoll Offroad replaced the rear differential plate they cross threaded one of the top bolts. The fuel tank must be dropped to repair the bolt. Estimate; $447.40. I paid Phoenix *********** a total of $3,386.70 to repair my vehicle. I have videos of the technicians explaining what LetzRoll Offroad did wrong. Not a good job at all. I talked to the general manager at LetzRoll Offroad by phone on May 12th. I explained the problem again and sent him the videos. He said they will review the videos and get back to me. Im still waiting. I should at least get a refund from LetzRoll Offroad and possibly pay me back the money I had to pay Phoenix *********** to do the job right. This has been a huge strain on me financially.
