I bought a boat from Aboat Time Marine. First time taking the boat out it took on water like the titanic within one hour on the lake. I took the boat back to Aboat Time Marine and showed them a pic of the water it took on. They said the bellows was damaged and a hole was in it. I said theres no way we damaged the bellows in one hour. Well I paid to have the bellows replaced. Took the boat out again and the same exact thing. Within an hour the boat took on so much water we were scooping it out again trying to stop the boat from going under. I took the boat to a different mechanic just up the road G&G marine and they found that a fish finder had been removed and a 3/4 in hole was never sealed. He also said he checked the bellows and it was not new and was also put on incorrectly but the main water coming in was from the hole from the fish finder. The boat ended up taking on so much water it damaged parts internally that had to be repaired. Between labor and parts my bill was $3,000.00. I have a video of the mechanic walking me through the negligence and the damage and the repairs. They also gave me the old parts including the bellows that was supposedly replaced by Aboat Time Marine. I took the video to aboat time marine and showed him the video while im recording our conversation as well. The gentleman at aboat time marine said he would reimburse me for the crappy work they did but i have not heard back from them in two weeks. I tried to upload the video i took with the G*G mechanic as well as my conversation at G*G asking them to take on some of the bill since the boat was never ready to be on the water and the hole put my family in danger. The gentleman at about time marine said he would have a conversation with G&G marine and get back to me and then explained the Arizona lemon law to me that once it leaves his lot he is no longer responsible. I have both videos i can provide via jump drive but were both too long to upload as well as the receipt from G&G Marine.
