    Date of work ordered Dec. 2022 date work completed January 2023 Dropped off rear seat of boat to be repaired, was told that it would need new upholstery to be repaired, was told the current upholstery was to to dried out and could not just restitch the seams. I agreed to that. The price was $400. When I received the seat and put it back in the boat the stripes did not match / align on one side of the seat. I called and spoke with ****** the owner and sent him pictures to show him the error.He said that he would only redo it if I agreed to pay again. He further stated that I should have told him about the other part of the seat. I explained to him all he needed to do was match it up the same as was given to him, he was able to do it on one side of the seat but failed on the other side. He refused to fix his mistake. He became belligerent and said I was too cheap to bring all the cushions down and began swearing and then I did as well. He will not make it right and clearly its his error.
