    I cannot express my gratitude to Denton Peterson and **** enough. nobody wants to have to engage a law firm but when situations hit i would tell everyone to call this firm. they handled this situation with ***** and care and had empathy for me. this case went on for 2 years and they were with me the whole time and kept me informed of everything happening, prepped me for all the calls and depositions. at the end of the deal not only did they win the entire case and get it all dismissed they fought to get legal fees awarded back to me and we won that too. I hope that no one ever needs a law firm but i can tell you this, if you do call **** Denton. his is ethical, realistic, and honest.

    My husband and I recently hired **** Denton of Denton, Peterson, **** to represent us in a lawsuit against Exceptional Woodworking. We met with the owner of Exceptional Woodworking, *********************** and upon first meeting felt comfortable doing business with him. We gave him a deposit, which was required for ***** to draw up ideas for a custom wall unit. After a month of no drawings, we decided to not move forward with the project and asked for our deposit back. *************** said, "Your deposit is nonrefundable". *************** hadn't done any work on our project. He didn't purchase any materials for our project and we were never given a contract to sign. ******************* was done on a handshake. Yet, *************** felt he was *********** keep a fairly large deposit we had given him. At this point we hired **** Denton to take our case. **** was amazing! He listens, and then gives his professional advice on the case. Communication was excellent. **** made a stressful situation less stressful. Fortunately we didn't need to go to court because with **** representing us, we settled out of court, getting our full deposit back from ***********************, owner of Exceptional Woodworking. I'm hoping we won't be needing an attorney in the future. But if we do, I feel fortunate to have found **** and his firm and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.
