They are not open during the times shown online and when you can call. I drove out to the location and the doors are locked, no one answering. Dont submit any info or requests on the website, they dont respond.

We searched our records and have no information request from our website for this consumer. We have no voicemails, emails, or any other missed forms of communication from this individual. We also have not been out of our showroom outside of the listed business hours. We believe this review is erroneously written for the wrong company. They transformed my outdated kitchen into a modern, functional space that I now love spending time in. The quality of their cabinets is outstanding, and the attention to detail in their craftsmanship is evident in every corner of my kitchen. After looking at Maderas Instagram photos and reading their reviews, we were pretty much sold on using their company for our complete kitchen, pantry, and laundry room remodel. We scheduled an appointment to meet with Sanita at their showroom in **** on June 29th. They sent ** a preliminary design which was incorrect and didnt include the specs we asked for. As of August 8th, we have yet to receive a finalized design, quote or any type of correspondence. In the interim, we had a consult, design and quote from another company and ordered our cabinets. Just because everything looks good online, first impressions and communication is key. My advice in todays market, go with the company who follows through from the start.Madera Cabinets
