    A friend (*******************) died last month prior to paying rent at Green Acres RV park and left me his **. It's not running so I spoke with the ** park manager, ***************************, and her husband *****. ******* in turn spoke with the park owners and made an arrangement with me to pay overdue rent on the deceased ********* behalf and to allow one more month on premises to complete repairs. I paid the majority of rent outstanding at that time (circa $600 on the 21st of September). About 2.5 weeks later, I received a text at 11 pm on a Sunday night telling me I needed to pay all oustanding dues by the next day or I would be served a 7 day eviction notice. This not only constitues harrassment (texts at 11 pm on a Sunday) but also flies in contrast to the verbal agreement that was made ($30 late fee after the 5th and then $5 after that) between ******* and I as well as the terms of the lease signed by the recently deceased *******. I personally am under no agreement with the park and regardless, this is unlawful eviction and harrassment on many levels outside of just being bad business and bad ethics.
