    I ordered an online pickup order from Jars Cannabis at their ************ ******* location and was provided a final receipt including sales tax. Upon arriving at the store they refused to honor the order and I was forced to pay a higher price upon arrival. I have never been asked to do that before. I find it absolutely unacceptable that as a cash only business, they advertise one price, provide a final receipt and then extort for more money upon arrival. The manager even asked me if I could provide the sale price page as they were "unable to pull it up in there system due to technical issues."I have attached the sale price page and my final receipt. I wouldn't normally use the BBB for such an issue but the company doesn't have an option to seek recourse directly and the website as described by the on site employees "Never works and is never right." Please help me remediate this issue to prevent other Phoenicians from being taken advantage of by this company.

    false advertiseing they say spend a ****** in there and and get a free 1/8 but its actually ****** to get the free 1/8
