      I purchased (2) $50 gift cards for my boyfriend to use for a car wash and full detail for a large pickup truck. Now every location is out of business and I'm out $100. I want a refund, unless this gift card works at another full service car wash that does large trucks.

      We reached out to ************************* via email.  She responded saying that it was a gift and that she threw the card (singular) away.  So, this case is closed.

      The business owner asked for the original purchase receipt and pictures of the front and the back of the gift cards.  I informed the owner that it was a gift, therefore there I do not have a receipt. I also told her after SEVEN MONTHS since I originally filed this complaint, and multiple emails to the company that went unanswered, I finally JUST threw the cards away and decided I was just out $100. So, delay tactics won and I lost. I would still like my $100 refund. Had this been responded to in a timely manner, I'd still have the gift cards, but since they were, A GIFT, requiring the original purchase receipt would have never been possible to satisfy this owner.

      On June 30th 2022 I paid approximately $90 for an oil change and car wash at full circle autowash. After they had finished the service and given me back my vehicle, as I was driving, the cover that is bolted on the underside of my vehicle came off completely, destroying it and damaging the fender liners of my vehicle as well. After, while inspecting my vehicle myself I found that approximately 7 bolts were neglected to be put back on my car and were completely missing. When I returned to Full Circle Autowash they denied forgetting to install properly the cover of my vehicle after the service and denied any sort of resolution for my concerns. In total the damages were over $400 dollars.

      To Whom It May ************************************** brought his vehicle in for an oil change on 6/29/2022.  When the tech was performing the oil change he noticed that the skid plate was missing several screws.  Which is not uncommon on older vehicles.  Upon completion of the oil change, the tech reattached the skid plate with the bolts that it came in with.

      Approximately a week later **************** returned to our location and said his skid plate had come down and caused some damage.  **************** stated that the skid plate came down on his way back from **********.  This vehicle was driven 500 plus miles after the oil change took place.

      Upon ******************** return, our tech looked at the vehicle and saw that the skid plate was attached with the same bolts it had previously come in with.  It appeared that there were several stress points where the skid plate was deteriorated and had broke away, from wear and tear or possibly caught on something under the vehicle.

      We believe that the skid plate issue was related to wear and tear and nothing to do with getting his oil changed.

      At this point we re not in a position to offer **************** a refund.
