************** and Bell location is awful. I have brought in stylish, never worn clothes with the tags still attached to consign and they have not accepted them yet they have nasty, no name brands on the racks. Some of the staff are so incredibly rude, as if they have some grand power over **************. Its actually sad and pathetic. Worse yet is hearing one of them (a heavy set woman with blond hair) tell her co-worker she was so upset about her divorce that she drove her car into a wall, attempting to commit suicide. Unbelievable! I wanted to report her but there is no number for corporate to be found. Youd be better off throwing your stuff in the dumpster than taking them here. Better yet, donate to one of the many non-profits in the Phoenix area that will appreciate your kindness.

Twice I CALLED IN ADVANCE to be sure that I could bring my clothes and accessories and that someone would be there to process my stuff. BOTH times after taking the time to put my quality items on hangers, drive there, lug stuff in, I was told we aren't taking clothes today. When I said that was not acceptable, the little blonde 'so-called Manager' said I could go somewhere else! Not a good business model. I will never go back to consign or buy anything. This was at the *********, ******** location.

The Turnstyle in ***** I went there to consign The woman with short blonde hair told me the stop sign is on well, I dont know what that means then she told me to go outside and wait until they bring the sign down. What kind of customer abuse is this then I talked to a young woman in the front with long dark hair she was so sweet and nice and I told her that the woman in the back wasnt as nice as her. When I went back to see what they took this woman with short blonde hair confronted me and said if you have something to say tell me to my face. And that I have to go by the rules like everyone else. What rules not explained to me. I have been going to this store for years I have never heard of her rules. Well the other lady with the sweet lady *** and told her I said she wasnt nice. Spys in a consignment store. This is so weird and bazar I let her know she wasnt nice at all and I probably will never be back as long as she was here. This is a scary scary place now not for me run!!!

I am really not one to write reviews unless they are a positive one but this one warrants something on here. The Turn Style consignment store on Val Vista & 60 in Mesathere are plenty of other consignment stores you can go to, this one is the worst. And its not because theyre the busiest in the valley or have the most stock it is because their staff is atrocious and I mean to single out the manager of the store. Ive never had a problem with anyone in that store, including her, until today but when Im trying to inquire about how her new system works after she tried to explain it and I thought I understood it but to say to me you act like this every time you come in here which is a blatant bold face lie because Im in the store maybe three times a year, maybe. I was also told maybe this isn't the best fit for you and when you act like this it makes us not want to make you happy and help you. This is a STORE MANAGER in **************** speaking to a customer. I had the same experience at checkout when I went to ask for my check and I asked for the managers name it was not given to me that was rudely presented as well. Just wanted to lodge a complaint but to no avail. I work in **************** I know how this works. How this woman has managed to stay in that store this long and literally has the title of manager attached to her is beyond pathetic. So I went above her, I found the name of the *** and the district manager and I have just now penned letters that I will be mailing to both of them. Probably nothing will get done and thats fine but I think in this heightened time of stress and anxiety for people, you dont need to be berating customers. Im not saying were always right but theres some middle ground to have a discussion and you telling me you dont want to help me and make me happy and I always act like this is just a weak and lazy excuse to not have to deal with me. I guarantee this will happen again with her and with worse results.
