    I purchased the distance learning package for my NAC and Florida directors credential. I watched ******** videos, did my test and tedious praxis activities. I followed the instructions, to the * and shipped it all in. I quickly received an email stating my package was incomplete because they had raised the $60 fee for UAF transcript to $200!!! Fine, Ill send another $140. But, was also forced to pay a $25 reprocessing fee. *hree weeks went by and I didnt hear anything else, so I assumed everything was good and Id receive my credentials in due time. Just a few days after my due date and approximately 5/6 weeks after they received my notebook, I received a call from ******* himself telling me my test was great, but my praxis fell short. When asked for elaboration I was told it would take hours. I was told I would have to come to a live event and pay for tutoring to review and fix my praxis. I was in tears on the call, all but begging for more of an explanation and ******* was uncaring and rude. Kept repeating when the live events were and where and said it was the $170 tutoring or retake the entire course. He then promptly text me a link to register for my retest AND a link to pay $50 for an extension, as he had so kindly waited to call me til after my due date. *HIS COMPANY IS DESPICABLE. *aking peoples money and not even giving them their graded work in return, let alone their credential. A credential from this company carries no merit. Its a bought certification. Disgraceful.

    This organization offered an optional tutoring session that didnt state was required to obtain credentials. The optional tutoring session made it impossible for some of the students to even have a chance to earn their certificate, which states no where in the original documentation.

    I signed up for a Director Credential with NICCM. I completed the exam and the activity portion, once submitted I received a call saying I received 100 on the exam and failed the activity portion and was told that I can attend tutoring and retest for an additional $160 and had 30 days to do so. When I asked to know which actives I got incorrect I was told that is a "detailed conversation and I can find out when I register for tutoring". I will not be getting anything back and cannot know until I pay. I asked again and was told that they will not be submitting an F and I can retake the entire course for an additional $500. I did not accept the failure and and they are prohibiting me for getting my credential. I registered for tutoring twice and both times it was refunded back without an explanation. It says the activties are to be based on the center of your employment and I based everything on my current center and failed. A teacher that attended tutoring was told that "******* does not care what you do at your center even though it says that, to pass you need to write only what ******* says". I am seeking my certification and for this fraudulent company that is stealing money to be looked into.
