    I placed an order with the company in July. Company charged my credit card but has never deliverd items. Company is not answering or returning my calls. They are not responding to emails.

    On August 25,2022 I placed an order with pressurecooker-canner.com totaling $47.93. On Sept 2, 2022, they replied via email that the items were not in stock but would be sent when available. I had not received anything by September 25th, so cancelled the order and requested a refund. This is Nov 8, ************************************** received a refund. Apparently this website is a scam, not a legitimate business.

    I have sent multiple emails and left multiple messages, no one has contacted me. I would like a full refund for the items that I ordered and have not received. You can see the details on the documents I uploaded.

    Placed an online order with vendor on 9/04/22. I've requested updates to the order multiple times via email and phone. Never received status update after multiple requests. Two weeks ago I requested a refund via email and voicemail. Never received a response to either.

    Ordered part. Immediately got email saying it was back ordered and should receive in about 2 weeks. That came but no part. Emailed them several times and only one response saying basically same thing. They charged my credit card immediately also. Knowing there was no part to fill order. The emails I sent told them I wanted a refund.Emailed them again after almost 2 months telling them I wanted a refund and I was turning them over to BBB. They are apparently a scam company as I don't seem to be the only one with this problem.This order was made 7/22/2022.

    Placed order, never received. Company will not respond to emails or phone calls after numerous attempts. Had to file dispute thru bank. Company is fraudulent!
