This mortuary is absolutely unethical and unprofessional. They are blatantly violating Arizona law by refusing to file my loved ones death certificate within the legally required 14-day period, holding it hostage for payment. Filing a death certificate is a legal obligation, not a service that can be withheld as leverage for money.Because of their negligence and greed, Ive been unable to handle critical affairs related to my loved ones passing. Their lack of compassion, professionalism, and basic human decency is appalling. I have contacted ********************* and the State Funeral Board to report their misconduct, and I strongly urge others to avoid this place at all costs. If youre considering using this mortuary, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhereunless you want unnecessary stress, delays, and blatant disregard for the law.

You need to read the laws before you state Angels Cremationand Burial  does not know what they are. Please refer to ****** regualtions for a death certificate (a death certificate is not available for a fetal under 20 weeks or less than 350 grams); ****** regulations for dispositon of a deceased (funeral homes are not allowed to cremate without a transit permit. Permits are not available without a death certificate); ****** duties responsible of person.  If you can find a law which allows a funeral home to legally care for a fetal I would like to read it.  ***************** went so far as to send us a letter stating they would not take disclipinary action against a facility if they provided services for a fetal which did not qualify.  They do not have the authority to write laws.  We go strictly by the written law.

Beware!! Do not have your loved one shipped with angels. I received my father's ashes smashed and leaking out of the box. I sent them pictures because I felt they wrapped him poorly, only covered in paper! They did not care, only stated they didn't pack him that way, and that's not the way they do things. Not one apology, only pointing blame elsewhere. Unbelievable!! Caused much more heartache at the thought that part of my father was carelessly spread through the mail for days ?? I was promised a call from the owner, which never came! Also was charged $175 for shipping. Postage on the package says $118. For the extra $57, maybe they could have afforded some bubble wrap??? When I first brought this to their attention, just after receiving him friday morning, i was told they sent him in a carboard box inside another box with packing peanuts. This was also false, because my father came inside a plastic box with paper around him. If she could mistake what he was sent in, how could she not mistake what they wrapped him in? Confusing. I've noticed in all their negative reviews nothing but excuses to their wrongdoings and finger-pointing. It's always someone else's negligence. Give me a break. They know what they did!

We took the picture you sent to us to the post office.  They told us the packaging was correct and within the requirements of the ************* Post Office.  We called to tell you the post office told us there was nothing we could do to file a claim.  The complaint had to be filed by the person receiving the package.  Yes, the package was damaged in shipping.  The cremains were fully intact from everything the postal employee supervisor and we could see in the picture.  Therefore it was necessary for you to take the package to the post office and file your compalint with them. There is insurance on the package which was provide with the shipment.
