    They seemed friendly, but confused or possibly new. I was trying to find a new place for a cleaning. I already have a doctor I trust for major work but they are out of state. Before cleaning they need to do a full exam. ok seems fair, need to know what they are working with. They refused the cleaning because I needed other work done and recommended a deep cleaning.I go back to my other doctor, get the deep cleaning and take care of the other issues. 8 months later I give this place a try again. They book me an appointment for a cleaning, turns out that was for a specialist only. I need to come back at a later day when they do cleaning. Come back at new time and they xray me. I asked the technician I'm only here for a cleaning, why the x-rays. She didn't know, the computer just told her to do it. They do another full examination and say i need more work done. I ask can I get a cleaning now and work on the other stuff later. I was told, "We'd be doing you a disservice if we gave you a cleaning today".Summary: I asked for a service twice, they said no twice.
