    Pressed for time has damaged a shirt of mine. I have been back to the cleaner four times to resolve the issue and it has yet to resolved. I dropped off my item in April for cleaning and came back to an oil stained white dress shirt. They told me they would get the stain out. I came back days later and it was still there. They tried again and came back another week later and still there. I was asked one more try and they don't care they're not paying for the shirt. I just attempted my fourth pick up and the stain is still there. After the 3rd encounter I asked for the business owner to contact me as his employee was berating me and telling me they're gonna get the stain out and to keep coming back until they do. Unacceptable! I have been to the cleaners four times and the shirt is damaged beyond repair. This needs to remedy immediately. I have spent more time and fuel going back and forth than the shirt is actually worth. This business is mired with poor customer service and unacceptable policies with no communication from ownership. They basically tell customers to **** and they don't care. I was full reimbursement for the damaged shirt. I will not be coming back to this business. Same owner at the mesa store according to employee.
