This complaint is regarding an ************* by the name of ********** Medical Response. On 11/14/2024 I was transported 11 miles from the ************************************* Clinic to the ********************** in *************. Over 5 months have passed , *** continues to send me the bill for the amount of $1459.20. I have spoken to their representatives on numerous occasions and they've informed me it is still "Being Processed" and "Disregard" the Notice. I have uploaded my ***************** and *************************** Information to the *** website as instructed, and it has been acknowledged by AMR. I also contacted a ******** representative and have been informed that they have not received any Claims from ***, however, they have up to 1 year to file this with ******** in order to be paid. ******** advised me not to pay the bill directly until the claim has been filed. My question is, why did I receive a Final Notice? *** hasn't done their due diligence to bill my insurance companies? Will I be responsible for this bill if AMR doesn't file their claim within the 12 month time frame? I certainly don't need threatening letters from a ***************** if AMR fails to follow through on this. How can a company stay in business with such a poor *******************
