The proposal that's dated Aug. 1, 2024 sharing all the potential that we were going to get by going solar. The SUMMARY OF THE PROPOSAL / WHAT WE BELIEVE WILL BEST FIT YOUR CURRENT NEEDS reads: Utility cost over 25 years without solar: $76,960 Utility cost over 25 years with solar: $0 The sales pitch repeated: "You won't see an electric bill and it will generally be $0 so you're going to only see the monthly loan payment." This is the omission of truth. My monthly loan payment, next 25 years, is $131 for the first ***** months, then goes up to $185. November's APS bill was $111.71. That surprised because the proposal states with solar it would be $0 based on ************* total energy use:684 kWh Renewable energy used:114 kWh Total production from the 19 panel system:701kWh Energy sold to APS:587 kWh Total sold to APS:$44.74 I saved $44.47 However, I produced MORE kWh than I needed - and this is how they sell the system to unknowing clients. Solar Waves proposal promised results, and knew full well it won't deliver that way. I reached out to APS to explain my bill and they report that I only benefit from my what I use during the sunshine hours. So, if I produce 35 kWh and use 5 while producing (sunshine hours), then those 5 kW are taken off by bill and APS buys the other 30, paying me 7.1 cents per kW. This is where they lies of omissions of actuality begin. NEVER ONCE was I ever told that I would only benefit from the solar power that I generate during the time that the sun shines. My APS bill WITHOUT SOLAR would have been: $158.91. My bill this month WITH SOLAR is now $245.19 - the $114.19 that I paid to APS and the $131.00 that I paid on the SOLAR LOAN. This will now be true for the next 25 years. There wont be a month where I will pay less - for the next 25 years I will be paying tens of thousands of dollars more than if I had never entered into any agreement with Arizona Solar Wave. Plain and simple, they lied and misled which very much is fraud.

While I appreciate the conversation with the Owner of Arizona Solar Wave, I'm not ready to close out this complaint.  The plan is that he will pay my next utility bill (thank you) and spend the next three weeks researching the costs, the systems ability to correctly produce (which I do believe it's already doing) and how the narrative of the documents signed indicate that my cost with Solar will be 0.  I do have that and can attach it at the time you believe that necessary.

So, this is still very much in the works, still very much a complaint and problem based on promised vs. delivery.  When we get to the end of the 3 weeks and the Owner delivers a clear next step, we can then talk about closing this complaint.
