    The worst communication Ive ever seen. I absolutely would not invest your money or do any business here. We are in an emergency situation with my 90 yr old mothers health. Shes had to go into a group home which is several thousand dollars a month. Weve been trying to get in touch with her advisor for 3 months about getting a bigger withdrawal and finding out her options, penalties etc. NO ONE HAS CALLED US BACK. First of all, most of the time they never answer their phone. You have to leave messages or email. However, there have been a few times they did answer. Weve spoken with the receptionist and another man, both said theyd give the message to *****. Ive emailed them and weve left messages for MONTHS, beginning in JUNE. Does ***** even work here anymore? If hes having problems there should be someone else that can handle client accounts and answer questions. Very very unethical.

    I just talked to ********************************* and we explained the various options for her Mothers annuity contracts.  She has also had several discussions with representatives at Athene and has received the necessary forms from the company to make the option selections.  ******** said that they felt that surrendering the contracts would be the best option.  ******** has the necessary forms and will fill them out and forward them to Athene.

    I apologize for the delays and miscommunications.  We have had several problems with our phones and office communications but will hopefully get this straightened out in the future.
