    THEY HAVE ABONDONED THEIR BROKEN DOWN TRACTOR IN OUR FRONT YARD FOR 2 WKS NOW !!! Terrible experience, we hired them for new pool excavation/build. I had dig date set for 8/23. They no call, no showed. They 'forgot' to tell us they rescheduled us to Fri 8/26. I had to reschedule the plumber, rebar and electrician due the the delay. So On the 26th in AM they brought over a trailer and left it in my front yard (the trailer was not even for our job) - but hadn't begun working on my dig yet. I had to call them for status because they hadn't arrived to dig yet. They finally showed up at noon, began digging for couple hours and promised to complete job Friday/Saturday or over weekend because we had plumber scheduled for Monday. (At some point hey brought another trailer and left it across the street) Once again no calls or communication over the weekend -the guys showed up Monday around 10am. Tried to start BUT THE TRACTOR MOTOR WENT OUT. They left and said they'd be back, we called them Tues morning and canceled the job on us. I had already planned on firing them and found new excavator. THEY LEFT THE BROKEN DOWN TRACTOR IN OUR FRONT YARD BLOCKING OUR ***** FROM LEAVING. WE EVENTUALLY MANUEVERED THE ***** OUT OF DRIVEWAY - WE'VE CALLED DAILY AND TODAY 9/6 THE TRACTOR IS STILL ON STREET BLOCKING MY DRIVEWAY !! I AM IN BISBELIEF AT HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THIS COMPANY IS AND THEY WOULD LEAVE THIS IN OUR YARD TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING RID OF.its been a pain finding a tow truck company that can accommodate towing auto this size... hopefully it will be gone soon.

    ***************************** complaint has been resolved. Reason why the machine was on the property was because of engine failure/ difficulty to remove from the property. 
    The machine has been removed from the property. Please **** this complaint as resolved between both parties. Please advise once this has been done.
