  On our way back from ****** our neighbor said we had a water leak in our kitchen. I called a plumber weve used before Will *** It in ***********, Tx, when he (****** ******) recommended we call Dry Force Water Removal Specialist we did and they sent a very knowledgeable gentleman ***** who came by set up 2 dehumidifiers and ****************************************************** our baseboards and sheetrock. He also that first day took up all wet flooring. He sprayed where necessary for mold prevention. As we had already filed a claim with ****. He recommended us to call ******** **********************************

  **** and ***** came out to assess leakage from my washer that ended up resulting in demo of my closet. They arrived so quickly, were professional and friendly, and explained EVERYTHING that was going on to me and my father. I cannot compliment them enough. I was overwhelmed and nervous at what was happening in my home and they helped me understand. They even offered to help me move my stuff around so they could demo. **** made sure to expedite everything he could to reduce the amount of damage done and speed up the process. I cannot thank him and Caden enough. They are both extremely trustworthy. **** deserves both a vacation and a raise!

  From the moment ******************* of Dry Force entered our home, we knew we were in good hands. He told us how the mitigation process would work, and he followed through. Communication was excellent. Our home was left clean and orderly. We were very pleased with the work.

  A pinhole pipe leak in the garage behind the water heater led us to contacting a plumbing company to resolve. They recommended Dry Force come out that same day. I should have looked at reviews of Dry Force prior to agreeing to that. A Dry Force employee came out, asked for our homeowner insurance information, measured the extent of moisture-damaged drywall, and plugged in a small dehumidifier. Then they asked ** for permission to remove the drywall before a response from the insurance company, assuring ** of fair treatment in the unlikely event the insurance company declined to cover the damage (which is what happened). We declined to approve that. A few weeks later someone from Dry Force came to pick up the dehumidifier. Then came an email from Dry Force saying we owed $1526 for their services, and warning it would be given to a collection agency if we didn't pay it!! After we protested the exorbitant price, it was generously reduced to $1200. Their services consisted of the single visit to our home - about 1 hour, maybe - and a tiny dehumidifier that probably didn't do a whole lot. What a racket! Do not let Dry Force into your home! If the insurance company doesn't pay, you will.

  DryForce is a disgusting company with nasty, aggressive business tactics that are designed to undermine the customer and exploit insurance companies. They grossly over-estimate, exaggerate hours worked, and bill for non-emergency services. DryForce manipulates the system by committing insurance fraud to turn a profit in anyway possible. Recommend you stay far, far away.

  I love Dry Force customer services and care they show for customers. ********************* was a certified technician extraordinaire and was very patient with our landlord and waited for 5 hrs to complete the payment process . He was very considerate and supportive about my wife's condition( pregnant 9 months) and explained us the situation to the tee.

  We've been without a washer and dryer for 3 days because of a leak and with 6 kids it's not a fun situation to be in. ****** and ***** came out to check on the damage and unfortunately, still found moisture present. They let us know we would need two more days of drying and as soon as they saw the panic on my face of two more days without a washer and dryer, they immediately offered to bring the machines in from the garage and get them hooked up for us. ****** and ***** went above and beyond to help! They were friendly, efficient, and worked very hard! To me, their extra effort made a huge impact and took a major burden of stress off my shoulders.
