  Bad experience from day one. **** was late for our first meet up and continued with no call no-shows throughout the duration of the 5 months that he was working on the pool tile and pebble Tech. Yes 5 months and did not finish. During this time there were countless careless acts by him and his crew costing me a lot of money. He did fix some of the mistakes like the poor tile work, pop up jets that were pebble teched over and some of the damage his crew did to the cool decking. Unfortunately after he disrespected and raised his voice at my wife we were forced to go our separate ways and took on a big financial loss. We had to pay to get cool deck, rv gate and pool equipment fixed that him and his crew damaged. This is by far the worst experience we have been through. From numerous days of work we missed with his no call no shows to the numerous damage done. This was a very expensive bad experience.

  June 1, 2022 I signed a contract with Victory Contracting and gave them a deposit to remodel my pool. ************************* or **** said it would take 3 to 4 weeks to complete, after 2 weeks had passed, I called to see when my remodel would be starting. **** said he was having problems with his truck and would call me back later which never happened. After 11 months of refusing my phone calls or texts and not at his office, I was able to get him in front of the ******************** Judge. This was my first time hearing a person yelling at a judge telling him I have a contract and you dont know the law. So if anyone wants to believe these reviews from his family and friends then lose your money but if you want to check what I have written then look up case
  

  Victory Contracting LLC

  On June 2nd, 2022, ***************************** did sign a contract with Victory Contracting LLC and paid his deposit. We do not provide an exact start or end date and only estimated time frames. We called ****************** on 6/18/2022 and advised we scheduled his project to begin on 6/22/2022. ****************** text he was out of town and would need to be rescheduled. We attempted to reschedule several times, but ****************** was going out of town again and wouldn't allow work on his property while he was away. We remained in constant communication with ******************, we never once ignored him. We then set up a meeting with ****************** to come to a resolution on completing the project, and he became irate and disrespectful, so ******************** asked him to leave the property. We were not given an opportunity to complete the work as specified in contract. He then took his case to small claims court and we spoke with a court hearing officer, not a judge. He was granted judgement, despite the state regulation, in accordance with the requirements of ARS Section 44-5004, allowing him to cancel his contract, providing in writing any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of his signed contract. ****************** didnt provide in writing his request to cancel his contract within the proper timeframe and only opted for this once he wasnt willing to work with us on scheduling or allowing us to complete the contracted work.
