    03-01-2023 Paid : $12,249.49 Vinyl plank flooring and carpet, along with reattaching the baseboards back with no gaps. The business did the work, however when it came to putting the baseboards back properly they didn't and neither did they complete caulking stating this is not their job and kept blaming the builder, or stating its the painters job. Threatened and said can go complain dont care, and said will not do it. Have tired to resolve it with them but they refuse stating that its not part of their job and will not fix it, the floors when you press on it they are not properly put and the base boards have so much gap, whereas they could have been done properly or caulked but they refused just because its time consuming and they said that we have another job so can't do it. Just asking for it to be fixed properly or we be refunded that amount also the owner ******* was nasty and threatened and said you can go complain i dont care. Just give me money and that's it would not let me explain to her what is going on, she kept blaming it on either the builder, than the floors than someone else and would not listen. At this time point i would like it either to be fixed or we be refunded some kind of money for it. Even the painter we have that is working said it was the flooring job and they didn't do it right.

    Hi,

    the reason why i wont call the business is due to the fact that the last time we tired to talk and have a civil conversation, the owner was ****, threatened and said do whatever you like and was nasty. I dont believe that calling the business or talking to her would resolve anything on this.  They kept blaming the builder for the floors when we were not even told or notified about it, till after the flooring was done, felt more like a rushed job done and they wanted the money and move on to the next job. Hence with all this, calling is not going to help and i dont feel safe calling them on this.

After you shared your disappointments, we stayed in communication and immediately scheduled a visit to your home to resolve the source of the problems that you described. Everything that we discussed that needed corrections and was within our scope of work and responsibility was fixed immediately. It is important for us to ensure that you as a customer are satisfied with the service because we care. We issued a discount for the inconvenience and although we understand your disappointment and frustration, we do not agree that there was any form of us not caring, rude commentary, ******* to a next job, or threatening you. At this moment, we have not received a call, texts, or email in regard to these concerns submitted as we had already implemented corrections and you were satisfied with the job completion and submitted payment. We would be more than happy to discuss any further questions or concerns you have.

    Hello Ms. ************************************ for stating that our concerns  are important to you and that you do understand it. You are correct that you did communicate and did come not even though not right away, but you did after i did let you know the concerns and who the floors and the baseboard were not done correctly. I had to make it a point to show you what our concerns were and you insisted that this is how it, and kept blaming the builder and stating that this is how the floors will be. However as a customer i was not happy and tired to explain to you what my concerns were and you did become loud and state that this is how it is and if i am not happy you could bring your inspector and and we have to pay for it. You also did mention that you wanted the payment right away as you had another job to go to and have to pay your contractors right away.  Its false that you would state that you did care as we did bring our concerns to you and you were adamant that it was correct and even though we were unhappy you didn't care and said it is what is and we can't do anything about it. As far as the discount goes that is after we asked you again and again to fix it and you couldn't we did ask that we paid for something we didn't get and your words were i wont discount a *****, but your husband who was there, said we will go ahead and do it. The reason why you haven't received a call, or text is that our last conversation when you were here you were not pleasant and i felt threatened and harassed by you so that's the reason for not calling  you on it. At this time as a customer all we are asking is that the ********************* in our option are still not leveled we did ask an inspector to come and look at it and they did mention that you should have leveled the floors before putting the vinyl planks in but you didn't. Hence at this time its not satisfactory to us that this was done correctly. We are happy to have a civilized conversation with you if you are willing to do that.
