  Very unsatisfied been waiting for 3 years. I have been homeless. They took 100,000$ from me and no work has been done on my house.

  My brother and his wife were flooded August 2021 in ***** *******. **** Brothers of ****, ** has been working with them since the flood including storage of household furnishings and clothing. Refurbishing and repair started in at least July of 2022 with **** Brothers. It is still not completed in spite of numerous promises of completion for the past 2 years.My brother passed away in November of 2022 and his wife has been burdened with trying to work and communicate with this unreliable contractor **** Brothers of Mesa, **. This has resulted in the continued storage cost of all the household items and clothing. Sad to say it still isn't complete. Over 2 years of broken promises and additional storage costs.So sad

  Be aware of ever working for this company . As.a sub contractor you are required to fill out a confusing 52 page document which I thought was over kill. The worst part of it all is that, they dont pay they owe me in excess of $1500.00.

  I called this company and discovered it was a case of mistaken identity. In ****, we have a local roofing company named Gurrs Roofing, Heating, and Sheet Metal. I checked for the number online and mistakenly called **** Brothers Roofing who is also located in Sparks. I spoke to ***** and told him my roofing concern. He came out the next day and I told him how nice it was to work with a local company instead one of the big corporations that seem to be taking over our local family businesses. ***** never once corrected me on my assumption, which was clearly incorrect as we talked about it at great length. This, in my mind, was misrepresentation on his part. I'm questioning if the $700 I spent for repairs were necessary and completed correctly.

  I worked with ************************* who told me my roof was leaking because my boot, he stated he could put a shield on the boot and that we would need to get a plumber to change the pipe. He charged me 400 to add the ******* (4 *******), and I got a plumber to come and change the pipe. My roof is still leaking in the exact same spot and I had him come back out only to tell me that the shingles are messed up and it wasnt like that before and it would cost another 400 to fix that and the boot he had already fixed before. When I asked why I would have to pay to have something fixed that he already fixed instead of just the shingles that were clearly messed up before he stated because he didnt notice that that was a problem before and that maybe the plumber or other roofer that I had come access the problem after it was still leaking so he couldnt just come back and lie to me and tell me anything was the ones that messed up the shingles. When I pointed out that the leak was still in the same exact spot he had first assessed, I got the same the shingles werent messed up before so your ***. I would not recommend this company because they have workers that clearly dont know what their doing.

  I would warn against ever using this company . Unprofessional, over estimated project, Sloppy , never on time if showed up . My small bathroom project cost 20k and now my INS is going to go up bc they said they did things they didnt!! They lied ! I just had major surgery so I wasnt as alert as I should have been to their scam. .It took 4 months and I walked on nails for 3 weeks . People quit / got fired in middle , Never the same person and when I asked for the casing to be changed to match they said it was not included after getting 20k It all was a big disappointment. It would be nice just for a company to be proud of the work they did and to leave a customer feeling good after making what they did . I am hoping I just dont have another leak bc my toilet makes a loud awful noise when I flush. Buyer Beware

  Wonderful! The conscientious young men were prompt, courteous, reliable and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with their work and would call them again when we need more work done.

  Just wanted to let you know how very pleased we were with the work performed by ******************************* at our home in *********, **. Both were amazing. We appreciated their efforts to trap a big female raccoon who had chewed through the soffit on our roof to get into our attic to have her babies.They were committed to trap the female & ***************** for the babies. We know the attic part was not pleasant for them but they never complained or hesitated. They were truly a God-send as we could not find anyone that would even go on the roof for ** plus have experience in wildlife removal. We hit the jackpot with these two young men! Both were very kind and considerate at our requests. Thanks so much for a job well done!!! *** and ********************* ************************************************************************

  I would give this business 10 stars if it were an option. I was closing on a house and it was down to the last week and this company gave me a quote and did the work within days. They were so professional especially ****** she coordinated everything and made sure I had everything I needed.This companys quote is much less than others but the job they do is exceptional! Thank you ******
