    They refuse to email back about two issues I have had with one order. The customer service is nonexistent. They refuse to acknowledge anything.

    We are EXTREMELY disappointed with the products we received at branded bills as well as the customer service. First of all, they do not even have a customer service number that you can get in touch with. You can message a customer service email, just for them to tell you that they cannot help you with your order. We ordered from Branded Bills twice. First order, we loved the hats, they were top quality and looked great. Second order was absolutely terrible. Hats looked cheap, nothing like the quality of the first, and looked like they did not even take the time to make them. We were willing to continue to work with them if we could do a return and just have a credit on our account. Our sales rep was not helpful at all and did not even try to make it work for us. They do not care about their customers, only the money!!!! We will no longer be working with Branded Bills

    Hi ********,We want to apologize that you are extremely disappointed in your experience with Branded Bills. We strive to deliver a great quality product that our client will love and be proud to wear. Your first order with us was our Elite rogue patch hat (Our Elite Collection, top of the line). Your second order with us was our Trucker leather patch hat (Our Performance Collection). When comparing these two hats to true hat fans, you cant! They are completely different in style, look, and feel. In regard to your last order with us you requested a leather patch on one of our most popular trucker hats. You were given a custom design sheet prior to your purchase that you signed off on and approved. Looking back at your hats and our design sheet, we could not have delivered a more spot on product, that what was requested of us. If there was an issue with the quality of the patch, we would stand to our policy and greatly get that resolved for you. Our Sales Team has been very responsive to your requests and their phone numbers are posted in every email that you have received. Our Customer Experience Manager reached out in May (from your first order) and introduced themselves to you via email and voicemail asking about your experience with Branded Bills and never got a response back. We are truly sorry you feel this way but like I said we strive for quality, and accountability!
