I contracted Preceptor Point ( PP) for the services of preceptors when I was a Nurse Practitioner student. I got my first two preceptors with no problem. The third preceptor never came through because I was going to retain the second preceptor who failed me during that rotation and my school required that I re-take the rotation with another preceptor. I had already pain for the services of a preceptor with preceptor point. I requested to have my money refunded so I could look for a preceptor in another agency. PP, through their liaison ****** **** who was assigned to me informed me via a phone call that management decided to retain my money and provide me another preceptor when I was ready. She sent me a list to pick from which I did but I never heard from her. I found a preceptor from a different source and completed my rotation. I again contacted ****** for a preceptor so I could make use of my money since they were not willing to refund the money. She ignored all my calls, text messages and emails. Then she contacted me via email in the middle of my third rotation and told me she was not able to communicate with me via email because my address had blocked. She instructed me to send her an email if I was able to see the one she sent so we can work on finding me a preceptor which I did. She never responded to that email. I sent her another email form a totally different email address which she did not respond to either. I went ahead and found my last preceptor on my own and finished my rotations. I have since then been contacting preceptor point via ****** **** via phone calls who has not responded. I have even used different numbers to call but she did not pick up the phone. I contacted a certain ***** who is part of the management team via email but she did not respond to my email as well. I paid the sum of $ ******* in two installments, on 11/16/23 I paid $ ******, on 11/22/23 I paid $1950. Making a total of $*******Initial Complaint

I paid preceptor point 200 deposit to look for a preceptor and they did and I was in contact with **** and paid the rest of the money **** to SQpreceptornpoint gosq.com. AZ.My school rejected the preceptor because my clinical starts on 9/5/23 but the preceptor only available from early October. I sent a letter to preceptor point to **** with the letter of rejection from my school and he denied to refund my money.I did not use your service but I don't know why they are still holding my funds.Business Response

******* contacted Preceptor Point at the end of July asking for assistance finding a preceptor for his clinical rotation. It looked as though we would be able to help *******, so he decided to move forward with our services on 07/26/23 . At this point two separate emails were sent out to him, both of which were opened. These emails detail our terms and conditions one of which states that he, *******, is responsible to give us accurate information in order to be eligible for a refund (emails attached). ******* agreed to work with us which included agreeing to the terms we have in place to help students, like him, have a successful clinical rotation.
Exactly one day later, on 07/27/23, we found a preceptor willing to work with *******, but she (the preceptor) requested a start date of 09/25/23 instead of the 09/05/23 that ******* had originally requested. Our coordinator contacted ******* over email to confirm that this change of dates would still work. The email gave a detailed explanation of the preceptors request, and then asked ******* to make sure his university would approve the change. Two days later ******* responded to the email saying the new start date would work for him (Emails attached).
On August 11th, 2023, ******* unexpectedly contacted our team to say this rotation would no longer work. The coordinator reminded him of their previous conversation where ******* had been asked to check with his school to confirm that the change of dates would still work for this clinical rotation. In an effort to help ******* resolve this situation, the coordinator even offered to waive any fees and transfer his funds to work with this same preceptor for the next semester, but ******* refused saying he was having other issues and didnt want to move forward with school at this time (emails attached).
It is unfortunate that ******* has decided not to continue forward at this time, but as described above, our team was quick to respond and even went beyond normal expectations to offer a solution for him even after he provided us with incorrect information (he confirmed the dates would work for his clinical rotation and then nearly two weeks later, unexpectedly told us the dates would no longer work).
We wish the very best for ******* with his future endeavors, but because of the inaccurate information he gave us, ******* created a situation where this preceptor was unavailable to help other students we were working with at the time.

I paid $2000.00 so they could find me a preceptor that would fit my needs. They failed to do so. I asked for a refund several times. With a response that, It is under investigation. End result; I would like to receive my money back in full as I did not utilize their services. I think theyre dragging it out so that it passes the deadline to file against them. From looking at their record now on your site here, I wish I wouldve known how bad this company really is. They almost appear to be scammers. Im surprised they are still in business. I wonder how many people didnt complain and just shocked it up as a loss. Thats sad, because that is a lot of money for no service. Please help me resolve this issue with them. Thank you. Hello,
We worked with *********************************** in January of this year and were able to quickly help her find a great nurse practitioner preceptor for her needs. The preceptor ******* was matched with has worked with us for multiple years and has great reviews from the students she has been able to help with their clinical rotations. ******* started her rotation as agreed upon and within the expected time frame. After the rotation had started, ******* reached out to our team with questions and her Preceptor Point coordinator asked for additional information and confirmation from the school. From that point we received multiple calls from a gentleman claiming to be calling on ******** behalf from her school. This is not a common practice for universities, in fact it would be the first time it happened in the many times we have worked with students from this same university. This gentleman provided us with no possible way to verify the authenticity of his claim. We always make sure to protect the private information of students we work with, so we let him know we cannot share anything and asked that he have ******* call us directly with any questions.
We always want the students we work with to find success, and it is unfortunate that ******* did not move forward with the Preceptor that we matched her with. If ******* has any further questions, we are more than happy to answer them for her, although we cannot provide her information to a third party. If not, we wish her the best of luck with her educational and professional endeavors.Initial Complaint

I paid this company a $200 deposit to find me a preceptor. Once they found me a preceptor I was charged an additional $2950. I was in contact with the preceptor via email and text even sending message reminders but she never once reached out to me. Now my 1st day of clinicals and no response. Plus the company is not returning any of my calls and messages.
