    We stayed in this hotel 2 different nights they took 100 deposit each time so 200$ total they were supposed to release the funds in 5 days called our bank and they said they haven't released the funds. My bank said they need a paper saying and showing they released the funds it been over a month and I have tried to talk to the owners and the employees keep making up excuses as to why I can't get hold of them and I'm told they are only ones who can help so somebody trying to keep my money that is supposed to be released

    I was over charged by this hotel for a stay and have received absolutely no resolution when I have called and emailed several times over a week and a half period. This charge was for a hotel stay. I went in with the expectation to pay the amount agreed upon for a decent stay. The issue was that the hotel charged me different prices for my extended stay and the room was not completely sealed from the elements. There was a significant gap between the door frame and door allowing bugs, water, and wind to enter through the bottom crack. Then on top of that I have contacted the hotel many times via email and phone about the charge discrepancies and have received absolutely no follow up or explanation and the documentation I provided and requested has gone unanswered. I have attached the documentation to this issue.
