    I had an issue first with my room. The air conditioner was out my entire stay and I asked to switch rooms. They didn't. Then they gave my key to my room to someone that wasnt on my room but wouldn't let him retrieve his suitcase and when I called later that evening after being kicked out because of an argument with that person and my deposit taken because of it when there was no damage to the room but because I yelled for help I was trespassed. I left his suitcase for him to pick up after I left the room and the hotel mgr and /or staff would not let him have it and told me it wasn't there. It was there. There's cameras. I spent money to stay there and I should be able to leave with all my belongings. I was rudely asked to leave and I didn' t and I told the mgr and employee both on duty my husband is taking his suitcase as soon as I left. That I was leaving it for him. I want the suitcase with all my spouses belongings. He just got into town that is all he has here. He needs his things. I would appreciate if their hotel would show some integrity and give my husband back his stuff. And my deposit for having no air conditioning during my stay.
