    Business was hired and prepaid to do a house cleaning. The owner was supposed to show up on September 26th for the clean and was confirmed with the address and time on September 24th. ***** never showed up and later reached out to say that her iPhone had been run over. She rescheduled for October 6th. On October 6th, ***** again did not show up. When I asked why, she told me she did not have my address even though it had been previously shared via text and ******** messenger. She rescheduled for November 16th. She ended up breaking several bones and informed me that her team would be coming instead but would only provide me the name of the woman coming and would not provide a time or contact information. When I reached out the afternoon of November 16th, she informed me that the girl was unable to come and asked me to reschedule yet again. I declined and told her that after three no-shows I would just like the money to be reimbursed. She agreed and then blocked both my friend (who had paid for the service) and myself in order not to refund any of the money.

    On March 22 at 10:54 AM I reached out to ***** *********- ******* to inquire about her cleaning a home as a gift for a friend. ***** shared that she could do the job and gave me a price of $380 for a deep cleaning and windows. We agreed to this price and was waiting for the recipient to book the appointment. The appointment was originally booked for 9/26/24. On 9/5/24 ***** messaged me via ******** Messenger (how we communicated) to let me know that the recipient booked the appointment and $40 was due for the booking. I paid the $40 via Messenger on the same day. On 9/25/24 ***** confirmed the appointment and reminded that full payment is due the same day. On 9/25 via Messenger I paid her the balance of $330.00 Messenger. On 9/26 ***** messaged to inform me that she lost her phone and was at the store for a replacement and she did not have the address (previously given to her in the phone). She did not clean on 9/26. The cleaning was rebooked for 10/5. ***** messaged on 9/27 to reschedule for 10/6. The cleaning did not happen as she did not respond to the recipient with a time. On 10/30 I reached out to see if the house was ever cleaned which is was not. ***** shared she was in the hospital. The cleaning was rescheduled for 11/16. The recipient communcaited on 11/15 and 11/16 asking for confirmation of a time. On 11/16 ***** communicated that the cleaner would not be there until after 5:00. The recipient told her to cancel the cleaning and since this was the third no call no show she asked to refund and cancel all future appointments. ***** communicated with me that she would only refund $300 stating that the booking fee was not refundable. I disagreed with her as the numbers did not add up (she was paid $370). I demand letter was sent for the full amount as it was doing that did not allow services to be completed. ***** informed me that she will not be refunding the full amount at one time she sent $100 via Messenger and then blocked me.
