    I was involved in an accident on 5/16/24 in ******, **. A commerical driver for the pest control company ********** ran my car off of the road and into a guard rail- totaling my vehicle. It has been 31 days since the accident was reported to ******************************************* with no results. Over a week ago, I was told that they were trying to conclude the investigation, but haven't been able to get a statement from the other driver. I contacted ********** and they said they would get in contact with the driver and get that taken care of. No updates since. I attempted to call the adjustor on my claim, ***************************, and she is on vacation until 7/1 with my claim still up in the air.

    Thank you for forwarding this complaint to us.  We were under the impression the insurance carrier (State Auto) had resolved this issue and been in contact with the claimant.  Upon receipt of this compliant, we immediately reached back out to upper management at the carrier to make sure the claimant was immediately contacted, and the issues resolved.

    On Friday the 5th of July we were advised that the carrier reached out to the claimant and advised the claim had been accepted and the carrier had authorized the body shop to begin repairing the claimant vehicle.
