    Hired Native Interiors to install new wood vinyl planks on 8/19 and were to install my floor on Sep 7th but when they arrived they had the wrong floor material. They left and did not call me until I had to call them to ask for some answers and they said it would be 3 weeks for the correct material unless I wanted what they currently had. I told them no I was no longer waiting and for them to return my money due to them not following through with their contract. It is Oct 5th and I have yet to see my money. The total for my project was $7,185.35 and I paid $3592.68.This company is hard to deal with to.this day an owner or office manager never returned my call to resolve this issue.

    On 8/31/2021 Native Interiors was hired to demo and replace existing carpet and tile and replace with LVP (apx **** sq ft). Additionally, they were to remove/replace baseboards throughout residence (apx **** sq ft). On or before 9/20/2021 Native Interiors was paid $19841.02. Work began on 9/20/2021 and was completed 9/25/21. Install was guaranteed for 2 years per Native Interior's policy. During this time, 3 separate flooring spaces have been ripped up and re-installed due to faulty instillation. Additionally, the entire staircase was redone due to faulty install which voided the manufacturer's warranty on the stairs. Currently, flooring on main floor in the dining room, hallway, area in front of Arcadia doors and upstairs hallway is in need of repair as it is buckling due to improper install (per the manufacturer's determination made in Spring ****). Flooring on main floor bedroom left unfinished without quarter round or trim work. Baseboard corners are not properly filled/caulked leaving corners looking choppy/ pieced together. Door stops were removed by contractors and not replaced/ left for homeowner. Business is no longer responding to customer's request for repair within warranty timeline. Customer has also filed with Registrar of Contractors for resolution/ inspection. For reference, the Native Invoice #CG100968, ROC Complaint #****-06958.
