    This business has unethical business practices. They promise early delivery, at a charge, don't deliver and keep your money. They then tell you you're welcome to take your money else where but won't credit you for any delivery charges because technically they delivered even if it was late and to the wrong store. They don't respond to customer complainants and their sales people are young kids that make fun of you along with their friends who seem to loiter the shop.Consider going elsewhere. For the inventory they carry at the ridiculous prices they charge, you might as well go someplace else that will respect you. I encourage you to make sure that the gems you are purchasing are genuine along with the gold. Their sales people are young kids who have zero knowledge of jewelry and just trying to make a sale. This place is also a family business and there is zero accountability for the mistakes their sales people make. If I could give a negative 1 I would.
