    I HIGHLY suggest you continue your search and find a reputable company.The installer said he was instructed to move the island to place plumbing under sink it put it 18 outside the kitchen area we asked the sales guy (*******) 3-4 times if the plumbing needed relocated We could have had it completed prior to install; however, he assured us that it did NOT need relocated We instructed the contractor to use a cabinet in the back of the island instead, leaving us with a loss of storage space We discovered ******* mis-measured creating incorrect placement of ovens smaller upper & lower cabinets and dead space ******* wouldnt admit it until a crew member gave the accurate measurement A flippant response well thats not a problem Ill just get you an upper cabinet to fill the space and a plate for the bottom during conversations ******* would scoff which made me very upset he said, I dont understand why youre so upsetThe countertop crew drilled holes too close to the sink tried to fix by grinding to force the faucet to mount They said they might grind my new farmhouse sink to force the soap dispenser bottle to fit I said No, that will weaken the sink and void my warranty. minutes later I heard grinding I contacted my husband & explained he came home they stormed out leaving a mess and blood marks on my doors and sink skirt JK Cabinets say they send licensed contractors and force you to have a separate contract for the cabinet installation our installer has a suspended license ****** stated JK ******************** does not provide/sell labor and we are clear about that why wasn't the countertop installation a separate contract? We wanted a little credit for storage loss but was refused They wouldn't accept any responsibility They refuse listen or give an opportunity to explain our frustrations, constantly interrupted and had condescending remarks like "well you signed off on it, We assumed they knew how to measure
