My dealings with this company occurred between Nov 6th and Nov 26th. This business is a process server. They were hired by legal assistant we used to prepare Court documents. Mr. ****** ****** was assigned to serve court paperwork for us. Our hearing was scheduled for Nov 25th at 9:15am. This gave ****** plenty of time to serve the papers. I found ****** to abrasive, short, rude, annoyed and had more excuses for why he couldn't serve the party involved. Frequently, his excuse was "I'm busy. I have to go to ****. I have to go to **********." I tried reaching ****** on 11.6.24, 11.13.24, several times on 11.14.24 and again on 11.15.24 and 11.16.24. I had coordinated a date, *************** for him to serve the paperwork. He didn't show up. I called him after waiting 45 minutes to ask where he was. He said, "I'm busy. I have alot to do. The courts are very demanding." ****** had had the paperwork to serve for 9 days and hadn't made a single attempt. In reviewing other much more professional process server websites, I learned that the typical timeframe to serve is 72 hours, unless you need a rush. That's fair enough. I sure didn't expect to wait 9 days to find out absolutely nothing had been done. With time of the essence, I agreed to have him complete service (knowing full well the party would be at the designated location on a specific date/time). We scheduled the service and he decided to show up 2 hours early and then got upset that the party wasn't there. Again, yelling at us that "I'm busy. I may not come back for days." I reminded him of our scheduled time. He did return and was able to make service on Nov 16th at 11:30am. 10 full days after requesting service. I immediately notified the company that hired him and filed a complaint. They apologized for his actions. Then, ****** waited until Nov 21st to file the Certif w/the courts. His late filing w/the courts delayed our hearing. I think it was intentional.
